We want you to shop with total confidence. If your YITIPLUS purchase isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• Email us at yitiplus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll provide you with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email and issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us before returning it — in these cases, return shipping is free and the item is covered by our 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

Return Shipping Costs

Except for defective items, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
